7. Delivery Policy
Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to:

Traffic or logistics issues
Har-Pl is not liable for delays beyond reasonable control.
Customers must ensure availability at the delivery location.
8. Cancellation and Refunds
By Customer
Orders can be canceled before preparation begins.
Once preparation or dispatch has started, cancellation may not be allowed.
By Har-Pl
Orders may be canceled due to operational reasons.
In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
Refund Policy
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days.
9. Perishable Goods Policy
Since Har-Pl deals in perishable items (fresh food and vegetables):
Products once delivered are non-returnable.
Refund/replacement is only applicable if:
Wrong item delivered
Damaged/spoiled product received
Complaints must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
